The “Mulberry Plus #MPG69”

Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) or Canada and shall only be construed and evaluated according to USA law, Canadian law, and applicable state/province law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a USA or Canada resident or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sponsor/Administrator

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Mulberry Plus, 254 Chapman Rd., Ste 208 #18764, Newark, Delaware 19702 (the “Sponsor”), and administered by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., 300 State St., Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614 (the “Administrator”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state/province of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). The Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include Entrants who are deemed the Winners (as defined below).

Two Ways to Enter

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on January 2, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

1. Online Purchase Entry

Entrants who purchase online at mulberryplus.com (the “Website”) will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each $1.00 of merchandise purchased (excluding tax and shipping) at the online store (each, an “Online Purchase Entry”). All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on January 2, 2026.

Throughout the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may (but is not required to) announce Bonus Entries on mulberryplus.com and/or its social media pages, providing opportunities to earn additional entries (“Bonus Entry Periods”). Entrants will receive multiple entries as designated by the Sponsor’s multiplier during these periods.

Example: Earn (10X), (20X), (30X), or (50X) entries for every $1.00 spent. Timing for an Entry Multiplier offer will be determined solely by the Sponsor and will be announced on the Website and/or social media pages.

2. Mail-In Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legibly hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Mail the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to:

Mulberry Plus Giveaways

254 Chapman Rd., Ste 208 #18764

Newark, Delaware 19702

All entries must be postmarked by December 7, 2025, and received by January 14, 2026. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

Each mail-in entry received will be worth fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries. If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, it will be worth the multiplier designated on the Sponsor’s Website.

Example: A 5X Bonus Period would result in a mail-in entry being worth 250 entries.

Each mail-in entry must have a postmark date that corresponds to a Bonus Period and be received within five (5) days of the Period’s deadline. If the postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in entry must be postmarked on the next business day.

Mail-in entry cards and envelopes must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. Entrants are not permitted to use any third-party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator). Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.

Holiday Bonus Prizes

Certain Sponsor products will contain a QR Code. Entrants can scan the QR Code using the Mulberry Plus Mobile App to claim additional prizes unrelated to these Sweepstakes. A single QR Code will be sent per qualifying order while supplies last and cannot be transferred or redeemed after the posted deadline. Entrants must have the Mulberry Plus Mobile App downloaded to participate.

The official Mulberry Plus Mobile App can be found on the Apple App Store (for iOS users) and Google Play Store (for Android users).

Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by the Sponsor. Internet entries must be made by the Entrant only at the Website.

Note: If any additional sections are required or further rules need to be expanded, let me know!

Revised Section

Mail-in entry cards and envelopes must be handwritten solely by the Entrant. The use of any third-party organizations, services, or individuals to assist with the entry process in any capacity is strictly prohibited (as determined by the Administrator). Each entry must be submitted in its own, individually mailed envelope. Bulk shipments or multiple entries in a single envelope will not be accepted and will result in disqualification.

The Sponsor will not process any returns or offer refunds on purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period. Customers initiating chargebacks for purchases will be automatically disqualified, and any associated entries will be removed from the Sweepstakes.

NOTE: Fraudulent activity in connection with this Sweepstakes is strictly forbidden. It is fraudulent to make purchases solely to obtain entries with the intent to return those items after the Sweepstakes ends. Should the Sponsor identify or suspect fraudulent behavior, the Entrant will be disqualified and permanently banned from participating in any future promotions or sweepstakes conducted by the Sponsor.

All required information must be provided for entries to be eligible. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and disqualified. The Released

Parties are not responsible for:

  1. Late, incomplete, or incorrect entries.
  2. Delayed, garbled, or undelivered entries.
  3. Misdirected or postage-due mail.
  4. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries, which will be declared invalid.

All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned under any circumstances. By participating, Entrants agree to allow the Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer their name, address, and other information for purposes related to administering the Sweepstakes and for other uses as outlined below.

Data Use and Privacy

All information submitted by Entrants will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at [insert Sponsor's privacy policy link]. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing their email address or other contact details, Entrants consent to the Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the policy. Entrants further acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy terms.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties and any associated Social Media Platforms from any claims or causes of action arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Technical errors preventing entries from being submitted.
  2. Unauthorized interference with the Sweepstakes.
  3. Printing or administrative errors.
  4. Errors in processing entries or awarding prizes.
  5. Injury, death, or property damage resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • System malfunctions or failures, including telephone, computer, or internet issues.
  • Unauthorized access to, or tampering with, entry data.
  • Any errors, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party systems or services.

Entrants agree that, in any legal action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances will the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees, punitive damages, or consequential damages.

California-Specific Release

Entrants residing in California explicitly waive their rights under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which states:

“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known, would have materially affected their settlement with the debtor or released party.”

By agreeing to these rules, Entrants acknowledge that they are accepting all risks associated with unknown claims or future discoveries related to their participation in the Sweepstakes.

This revised version maintains the detailed requirements while ensuring clarity and compliance with the original intent. Let me know if further adjustments are needed!

General Conditions

If the Sweepstakes’ operation or administration is disrupted or becomes impossible to conduct as planned due to any reason, including but not limited to:

  • (a) infection by a computer virus, bugs, or other technical issues,
  • (b) tampering or unauthorized intervention,
  • (c) fraud,
  • (d) technical failures, or
  • (e) other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control that compromise the Sweepstakes’ integrity, security, or proper administration,

the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part without notice. Prizes may then be awarded using all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the point of disruption or in any other manner deemed fair and appropriate by the Sponsor in alignment with these Official Rules.

The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

  1. Tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s website, or
  2. Acts in violation of these Official Rules or engages in disruptive or unsportsmanlike conduct.

CAUTION: Any deliberate attempt to damage the Sponsor’s website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law from anyone who engages in such behavior.

Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a winner based on an email address, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the individual assigned to an email address by an internet service provider, online service provider, or organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

Drawing and Notification

The prize drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The drawing will occur on or about February 11, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified by the Administrator via phone, email, and/or USPS mail or another delivery service chosen by the Sponsor.

Fraud Alert: If you are selected as a potential winner of the Mulberry Plus #MPG69 Sweepstakes, you will be contacted by American Sweepstakes Company by phone. You will never be asked to provide credit card details, bank information, or any form of payment to claim your prize. Winners will not be contacted via social media. If you suspect fraudulent activity, report it to the Federal Trade Commission at www.Reportfraud.ftc.gov or call 877-382-4357.

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

  • A 2024 Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV (G-Wagon) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $200,000, and
  • $50,000 in cash,

OR

  • A total cash payout of $250,000 at the winner’s discretion.

The total prize value is $250,000.

The Winner must agree to claim the prize at the Sponsor’s designated location: 254 Chapman Rd., Ste 208 #18764, Newark, Delaware 19702. Prizes will be provided within 45 days of winner validation.

If the Winner selects the vehicle, it will be delivered “as is.” The Sponsor makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a specific purpose of the vehicle. Any upgrades or additional features are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

The Winner must present proof of a valid USA or Canadian driver’s license from their state or province of residence to take delivery of the vehicle. Failure to provide proof may result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

The Winner is responsible for all optional equipment, title, licensing, registration, insurance, and any applicable taxes or fees associated with claiming and using the vehicle. All other costs, including travel and transportation to collect the vehicle, are the Winner’s responsibility.

Prize Claim and Delivery Requirements

  1. Delivery Period: The Winner must take delivery of the vehicle within 30 days of notification by the Sponsor.
  2. Title Transfer: The Winner must title the vehicle within 15 days after receiving both the vehicle and the title.
  3. Insurance Proof: The Winner may be required to provide proof of insurance before taking delivery of the vehicle.

If the Winner selects the cash prize, it will be distributed via check or another secure method agreed upon between the Sponsor and the Winner within the specified delivery period.

The Sponsor reserves the right to use photographs or other representations of the prize for promotional purposes. Images may not reflect the exact details of the vehicle, and the actual prize may vary.

Prize Substitution:

No substitutions or transfers of the prize are permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

The Winner understands and agrees that the prize award ceremony may be videotaped or photographed. The Sponsor retains exclusive rights to these materials, which may be used for promotional purposes at their discretion.

This updated version reflects the new prize options and maintains clarity regarding the rules and procedures. Let me know if additional changes are needed!

Prize Value and Conditions

The prize value stated above represents the Sponsor’s good faith estimate of the Approximate Retail Value (ARV). These determinations are final, binding, and not subject to appeal. If the actual value of the prize is less than the ARV at the time it is awarded, the difference will not be paid to the Winner. All other costs and expenses associated with accepting and using the prize, unless specifically mentioned, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Prize Ceremony: The Grand Prize Winner understands and agrees that the prize award ceremony may be videotaped or photographed. The Sponsor retains exclusive rights to all images, videos, or other media created during the ceremony and may use them in any media format for promotional or advertising purposes at its sole discretion.

The Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, substitutions, or any actions or omissions by third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, or transportation companies. The Sponsor is not liable for any loss or damage to baggage or personal property during travel associated with claiming the prize.

Prize Acceptance Requirements

By accepting the Grand Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of the prize.

The potential Winner must:

  1. Complete and Submit Required Documents:
  • Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity (for U.S. residents) or a Declaration of Compliance (for Canadian residents) within five (5) days of receiving the notification.
  • Complete an IRS W-9 Form (for U.S. residents) or a W-8BEN Form (for Canadian residents) for tax purposes.
  1. Tax Responsibility:
  • The value of the prize is taxable as income and will be reported to the IRS via Form 1099 in the Winner’s name. The Winner is responsible for paying all federal, state, local, and other applicable taxes on the prize.
  • The Winner must provide their Social Security Number (U.S.) or other required tax identification information to the Administrator solely for tax reporting purposes.

The Winner is solely responsible for managing all matters related to the prize after it is awarded. If the prize notification is unclaimed, undeliverable, or if the Winner cannot be reached, fails to comply with the notification instructions within three (3) business days, or fails to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and select an alternate Winner at its discretion.

Canadian Winner Conditions

For Canadian residents, the selected Winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance (mechanical, electronic, or otherwise) as required by Canadian law. The question will be administered via mail or phone.

If the selected Winner fails to answer correctly, they will be disqualified, and another Entrant will be randomly selected. Winners who meet all requirements will be notified via telephone, mail, or email, at the Sponsor’s discretion. If the potential Winner is under the age of majority in their province of residence, they will be disqualified, and an alternate Winner will be selected.

Publicity and Media Use

By accepting the prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants the Sponsor and its authorized representatives the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use their name, portrait, photograph, voice, likeness, and biographical information for promotional, trade, and advertising purposes in all media worldwide without additional compensation or notice. This grant will be confirmed in writing upon the Sponsor’s request.

Disputes and Governing Law

All issues and disputes regarding the Sweepstakes, including construction, validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these Official Rules, will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating, Entrants agree that:

  1. All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
  2. Any legal proceedings will take place in a federal or state court in California.
  3. Claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred during entry. Attorney fees and punitive, incidental, or consequential damages will not be awarded.

Entrants waive their right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The Rules will be interpreted and enforced as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not included.

Miscellaneous

These Official Rules constitute the entire understanding between Entrants, the Sponsor, and the Administrator regarding the Sweepstakes. They supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

No Amendments or Waivers: Changes to these Rules or waivers of any provisions must be in writing and signed by both the Sponsor and Administrator. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Non-Transferable Rights: Entrants may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Rules without the Sponsor’s written consent. Any such attempted assignment will be null and void.

These Rules are binding upon, and will benefit, the successors and permitted assigns of the Sponsor, Administrator, and Entrants.
